Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in direct patient care as an RN for CCNE-accredited programs.
• At least 3 years’ experience in direct patient care as an RN for ABHES-accredited programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other instructors in course evaluations.
• Ensure class attendance and grades are accurately maintained.
• Assist with strategic planning of instructional initiatives.
• Plan and implement orientation for new faculty.
• Utilize principles of teaching that recognize adult learners.
• Improve the quality of instruction continually.
• Supervise student clinical experiences in health care facilities.
• Provide feedback on students' clinical performance.
• Participate in student advising activities.
