Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers and their families. You will assess development, implement therapy using parent coaching, and support goals in a family-centered setting.

You will work in clients’ homes and community settings, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy license (DPT).
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment at home, in daycare, or community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
