Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team delivering home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers.

You will assess development, provide PT services, and support families to achieve child-specific goals in their homes and community settings. The role offers a sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community settings).
• Produce re-assessments and progress reports (bi-annual basis).
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
