Job summary

Sunny Days Sunshine Center, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers in California. You will assess development, coach families, and deliver care in the child’s natural environment within home, daycare, and community settings.

Join a multidisciplinary team with a sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Prior pediatric EI experience and CA license required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

Pediatric/ Early Intervention experience preferred.
CA PT license required.
Ability to work in home and community settings.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct developmental assessments and PT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to meet developmental goals.
Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver skills and progress.
Provide services in home, daycare and community settings.
Prepare progress reports bi-annual.
Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal laws.
