Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in California. The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a rich team environment.

You will conduct developmental assessments, work with IFSPs, and coach families to support child goals in natural settings, including homes and community sites. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with eligible benefits and sign-on possibilities.

Qualifikationen

• DPT license required in California.
• Pediatric Early Intervention experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services per the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to empower caregivers.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment: home, daycare, or community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
