Qualifications

• Criminal record check with FBI/BCI within 365 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Three professional references.
• Substitute teacher license or teaching license for Ohio.
• Complete SubSkills Online training and required PD via PublicSchoolWorks.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher to ensure continuity of education.
• Maintain a neat, orderly classroom environment.
• Supervise students and ensure safety at all times.
• Provide written feedback to the regular teacher about activities and behavior.
• Keep accurate attendance records as required.
