• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established cruise operations protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned vessel areas, access points, gangways, and perimeter locations, as applicable.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to the appropriate personnel.
