Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete activity logs and communicate information to leadership.
