NWM Risk Management is seeking Residential Construction Inspectors in Florida. This flexible, part-time role involves visiting residential sites, photographing progress, and submitting images via a mobile app for lenders’ reports. You choose hours and regions, with inspections assigned as they become available.

No report writing is required; focus is on capturing on-site progress. PPE is required, and a suitable smartphone or tablet is necessary for the Pruvan app.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule: inspections assigned as needed with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with Pruvan app; devices no older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app for progress documentation.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing required; focus on photo documentation.
