Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring for part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions. You will provide in-home and community ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing programs and teaching skills to help children meet functional goals.

The role offers a flexible after-school schedule (15-20 hours per week), weekends as needed, opportunities for advancement, supervision, and benefits including PTO/sick time and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
