Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children in Georgia under supervision of a BCBA. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for advancement and supervision, including support for BCBA degree pursuit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
