Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to children across Georgia under supervision of a BCBA. Flexible scheduling supports after-school hours while promoting quality, data-driven sessions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and hold an active RBT certification with reliable transportation. Join a growing team dedicated to development and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
