Job summary

BioLife is seeking part-time staff for plasma center operations in Washington. The role involves donor screening, phlebotomy support, and exceptional customer service. You'll report to the Plasma Center Manager and ensure donor safety and accuracy in records.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
