Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Washington state seeks a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant. You will greet donors, screen donors, record vital signs, and support center operations with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and ability to work 4–6 hours per shift, 3+ days per week, with paid training and benefits. Join a patient-focused team and help deliver life-changing therapies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 32–50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
