Job summary

BioLife LLC is seeking an entry-level Phlebotomist for on-the-job training in a part-time role. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and flexible scheduling.

You will support plasma center operations by screening donors and performing phlebotomy under supervision. You will greet donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and compensation records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and participate in center process changes.
