Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist in Lakewood, CA. You will support center operations by screening donors, collecting plasma, and ensuring safety and quality during every shift.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with a training program and flexible scheduling to accommodate commitments. You will work a mix of evenings, weekends, and holidays in a patient-facing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (per center processes).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while prioritizing safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and donor compensation records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvement and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
