Job summary

American Greetings is seeking part-time merchandisers to service multiple retail locations on their routes, maintaining displays and inventory in greeting card departments. You will work independently with strong organization and time-management skills.

Starting pay is $15.30 per hour with increases to $16.20 after six months and to $17.00 after one year, plus flexible scheduling and paid training. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—to learn and use company provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends and around major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations.
• Maintain organized backrooms and other inventory tasks.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule questions.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
