Job summary

American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace. As a Support Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations to display and maintain inventory—greeting cards, gift wrap, party goods, plush, and more—across designated routes in Indiana.

Starting pay is $14.40 per hour with increases to $15.20 after 6 months and $16.00 after 1 year. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation as most routes have multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to learn and use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs including weekends and major holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Provide assistance with store resets, fixtures, or product assembly as needed.
• Review and plan your weekly schedule and workload using a company tablet.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
