Job summary

American Greetings is seeking Merchandisers to work independently across multiple retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more. You will showcase organization and time management skills to support holiday celebrations and daily store needs.

Pay starts at $17.50 per hour with raises to $18.60 after 6 months and $19.50 after one year. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to service multiple stores on a single route.
• Ideal candidate available daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
• Experience in retail merchandising and inventory tasks preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route and merchandise product.
• Display and maintain greeting card and related inventory.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Occasionally assist with store resets and minor fixture work.
• Plan weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
