Job summary

American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace. As a Support Merchandiser on a part-time route, you will service multiple retail locations, displaying and maintaining inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.

The weekly hours are modest with potential increases during holidays. Starting pay is $13.10 per hour with two raises within the first year, plus benefits like flexible scheduling and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for updates and job info.
• Comfortable using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and around holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned routes, merchandise and display products.
• Maintain organized backrooms and inventory in multiple locations.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail setting with time-management skills.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for extra days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product assembly.
• Plan weekly service workload in stores using a company tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
