NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time field inspectors in Indiana to document site progress for lenders. You will visit residential construction sites, capture interior and exterior photos, and upload them via a mobile app. Wear PPE and work on a flexible schedule with quick turnarounds.

No report writing is required; the focus is photo documentation and timely submissions to the report team. A reliable smartphone and transportation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with ability to travel to sites.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with residential construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites to document progress with photos.
• Take interior and exterior photos via smartphone app.
• Submit photos to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; photo documentation only.
