NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector for flexible, part-time, 1099 contract work across Pennsylvania. Inspectors visit sites, capture progress photos with a smartphone, and upload them via the Pruvan app.

No report writing is required; photos go to the reporting team for lenders. Ideal candidates have basic construction knowledge, reliable transportation, and the ability to complete inspections within 24–48 hours of assignment.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling; inspections assigned as needed.

• Smartphone/tablet use to submit photos via Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family/duplex/apartments).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the mobile app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
