Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician (Part Time, Fee For Service) to join our growing team in Boston. The role focuses on implementing behavior support plans and providing ABA-based instruction under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with related experience, an RBT certification, and 21+ years old with evening availability. Flexible schedule and potential for full-time hours offer growth within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, or families.
• Associate degree or higher in human, social, or educational services discipline, or related behavior management degree with 12 months experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months experience working with the target population.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior.
• Provision of ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills under supervision.
• Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report data back to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
