Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a flexible part-time, fee-for-service position in Massachusetts. The role covers assessments, treatment planning, family training, and supervision of technicians, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

The schedule is highly flexible across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; candidates must have BCBA certification in good standing and access to a laptop, high-speed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB is required.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism/behavior challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment emphasizing skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
