Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in the United States. The position emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, family consultation, and supervision of behavior technicians to support clients with autism, developmental disabilities, and related challenges.

Responsibilities include data collection, graphing, progress reporting, and development of behavior support plans, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
• Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism/DD/behavior challenges
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide family consultations and trainings
• Supervise behavior technicians
• Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphs, progress reports, behavior support plans
