Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for fee-for-service, flexible part-time hours. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, family consultations, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct intervention with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

This position requires a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, BCBA certification in good standing, and at least two years with autism/developmental

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current LABA preferred.
• At least two years of related clinical experience with children and young adults with Autism/Developmental Disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience in applied settings with behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
