Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible, part-time, fee-for-service work in the Massachusetts area. Hybrid in-person and telehealth cases available.

We value transformative care for children, adults, and families, with strong support from a growing ABA team. The BCBA will assess, plan, supervise, and treat with emphasis on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, including data-driven progress and family training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum two years clinical experience with autism/developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document data collection, graphing, and progress reports.
