Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join a growing practice serving children, adults and families in Massachusetts. This is a flexible part-time, fee-for-service opportunity with a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth work.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and provide family consultations, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• LABA preferred
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with autism/developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide family consultations and trainings
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment
• Collect data, graph and analyze progress, write progress reports and behavior support plans
