Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. The role involves comprehensive assessments, treatment plan development, family trainings, supervision of staff, and direct ABA therapy with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors.

Requirements include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, current BCBA certification, and Spanish language skills. Benefits, flexible scheduling, and ongoing supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• LABA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and directly treat with focus on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behavior.
• Complete documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing/analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
