Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Boston area to support children, families, and individuals with developmental needs. This role emphasizes flexible part-time hours on a fee-for-service basis, with hybrid in-person and telehealth cases available.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise staff, and maintain detailed documentation to support skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with Autism and behavior challenges is required.
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document progress, graph data, and write reports.
• Develop instructional programs and behavior support plans.
