Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts! The BCBA will be responsible for behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!

Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available. Hybrid positions, made up of in-person and telehealth cases are also available!

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework.
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Complete required documentation (progress reports, instruction programs, data collection and analysis).
