Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Training is provided to earn the RBT certification before starting services, with flexible, part-time opportunities and supportive clinical supervision.

You will join a collaborative team focused on delivering evidence-based interventions, data collection, and family engagement to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
