BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and work closely with a clinical team to support clients in achieving their goals.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification, demonstrate patience and compassion, and are eager to help children with Autism thrive in home and community settings. Part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
