Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated individuals to join our clinical team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings, helping them learn new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
