BK Healthcare Management is hiring for a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings

You will receive training to earn your RBT certification and join a supportive, clinical team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing supervision as you build experience in ABA therapy.

• Commitment to earning RBT certification before providing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
