Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified RBT to support children with Autism in home and community settings. We provide training to help eligible candidates earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before they begin services.

These part-time positions offer flexibility, paid training, and ongoing support from a strong clinical team. You’ll join a growing ABA practice with opportunities for advancement and BCBA schooling partnerships for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients and families.
