Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Certified Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings, implementing skill-building plans and collecting session data with accuracy.

We offer training to obtain RBT certification, flexibility for part-time schedules, and ongoing clinical team support to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must successfully obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
