Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a passionate Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and local community settings. Training and support are provided to earn the RBT certification before starting services.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working part-time, scheduling flexibility, and a commitment of at least six months to impact children with Autism positively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification prior to providing services; training and support provided.
• Experience or exposure to behavior analysis or caregiving is a plus.
• Commitment to work at least six months in client homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build meaningful connections with families.
