We provide training to help eligible candidates earn the RBT certification, and then you will work with our clinical team to implement individualized programs and track progress. This position emphasizes meaningful, flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
