Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with children in home-based settings under BCBA supervision, delivering ABA strategies.

We offer flexible part-time, evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Prior experience with ASD preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as children move during sessions.
• Follow BCBA/LBA guidance and any additional tasks.
