Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children from birth to 21 years old.

We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. Competitive compensation ($20-$26/hour) with benefits for full-time staff and a focus on life-changing outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress on the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities and ensure safety during sessions; physical activity can include lifting 25+ pounds.
