Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will implement evidence-based strategies to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision.

Paid training is provided with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and potential progression into Lead, Senior, and Specialist BT roles.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working with children in a professional/educational setting preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability for at least 15 hours per week, afternoons and evenings.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Must be able to complete required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
Collect session data and track client progress.
Deliver services in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
