Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to visit various residential sites, take interior and exterior photos, and submit them via a mobile app for lenders. This is a flexible, part-time, 1099 contract role with pay per inspection and no report writing required.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and basic construction knowledge. Work is independent with a 24–48 hour turn time and opportunities in New Hampshire as projects arise.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice and 48-hour turn times.
• Must have a vehicle to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with a compatible app; devices ≤5 years old.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites to photograph progress.
• Submit photos through the mobile app for reporting.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Inspections completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
