Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check.

• On-call for 24-hour shifts; 5 days per week with at least one weekend day.
• 40 hours per week with 20 hours guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Call office every morning for assignment and follow care plans.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing) and daily living tasks.
• Provide or assist with house cleaning, meals, and laundry.
• Transport client to appointments and run essential errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications and monitor changes in condition.
• Report changes to supervisor and document care activities.
