Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team in a PRN, part-time role. You will manage your own patient panel and provide primary and episodic care, building lasting relationships with residents and their families.

This position offers 6-hour morning rounds, charting from home, and productivity-based compensation with potential earnings up to $624/day, plus a CME stipend and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification active in state (AGNP/FNP for NP; PA-C for PA)
• Unrestricted NP/PA license in the operating state
• Master's degree in nursing or accredited PA program
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong independent clinical judgment in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients daily, focusing on chronic and acute issues
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff for seamless care
• Communicate with residents' families and participate in care conferences
