Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Sales Merchandiser in Santa Barbara, CA to support client standards and drive store sales. Build rapport daily with store teams, educate on brand features, and execute merchandising projects with accuracy.

You will maintain account aesthetics, follow policies, and report progress to leadership. A flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Benefits apply to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and products.
• Execute tasks, displays, and projects with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to uphold account aesthetics.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
