Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are needed. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management through daily communication.
• Educate customers on features/benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Report activities, opportunities, and obstacles to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
