Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer/client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, you will actively engage store personnel and customers to showcase brands.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to travel with a valid driver’s license. Training and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Driver's license required and travel to locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
