Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead to coordinate activities and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store staff, educating teams on product lines, and delivering accurate displays and resets. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and products.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance.
• Follow company policies and report progress to Territory Sales Lead.
