Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager and coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead to ensure project accuracy and on-time execution.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexibility to work nights and weekends, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with help.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute projects and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain accuracy to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead on activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer data.
